As a first-time renter, it's essential to complete your Account Set-Up and provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) at least 2 business days prior to your pick-up. Payment is required upfront for first-time renters.

 

The Account Set-Up must include your full legal name and/or the name of your production company, along with credit card information, driver’s license, and commercial credit references, such as another rental house. If a representative will be picking up, please inform us of their name ahead of time, as they will also need to present their government-issued ID at pick-up.

 

Ensure the COI includes coverage specifics, general liability of at least $1,000,000, and our company details as a loss payee.

If the total value of the rented gear is less than $3000, you can pay a refundable deposit if the gear is returned in working order. Please inspect the equipment before leaving. A security hold may be placed on your payment method for potential damage or late fees, lifted once the gear is returned without issues.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off:

Pick-up is scheduled between 3 and 5 PM on weekdays, and equipment must be returned by 10 AM. Late returns will incur an additional day's charge. One week rentals are billed as a 3 day rental.
